How much does parking lot striping typically cost?
There's no one size fits all approach when it comes to pricing parking lot striping. Every lot is different. If you contact us a free quote is always available and we would be able to give you a price there.
How durable is the paint used for pavement marking?
We use high-quality, fast dry waterborne or solvent-based traffic marking paint designed for maximum adhesion and visibility. Depending on traffic volume, markings typically remain crisp and clear for 12 to 36 months.
Can you help with a new parking lot layout?
Absolutely. We provide consultation on space optimization to maximize the number of stalls while maintaining safe traffic flow and meeting local fire code requirements for emergency access lanes.
How does weather impact the striping process?
The pavement must be dry and the temperature should ideally be above 50°F for optimal adhesion. We monitor local forecasts closely and will reschedule promptly if rain or severe cold is expected.

What is the timing/duration for a standard striping project?
Most standard parking lots can be completed in a single shift. Depending on the weather commercial paints dry to the touch in about 15 minutes. Larger industrial complexes or warehouses may require multiple sessions.
How do you ensure ADA compliance for handicap stalls?
We stay updated on the latest Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Our team ensures the correct number of accessible spots, proper dimensions for van-accessible aisles, and high-visibility blue stenciling.
Do you offer night or weekend work schedules?
To minimize disruption to your business, we offer flexible scheduling, including off-hours, overnights, and weekends. This ensures your parking lot is ready for customers during peak business hours.
Can you stripe on uncured asphalt or concrete?
We do not recommend having us stripe on uncured concrete or asphalt. We can if its an emergency but the paint will most likely flake off within the following weeks. And if you are really worried about it flaking off we can double spray, but it would be more expensive.
How long does it take to complete a striping job?
It all depends on the size of the lot. 25 space lots can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on if its a new layout or restripe. It also depends on how many colors of paint are used. Bigger lots(around 100 spaces) can take anywhere from 6-8 hours to complete.
